A dance-driven music spectacle performed in a nightclub setting, TERRE is "Blade Runner" meets "So You Think You Can Dance" with each number physically out doing the last. TERRE which means earth in french, explores the sensual power of women and the seductive influence that the feminine form has over just about everything.   Each dance begins with a common myth about women, whether it be bitch, seductress, diva, whore.  Throughout the dance, the costume transforms to reveal a hidden silhouette, and the myth gets busted.  The audience witness a transformation from myth to fact and voila, we arrive at a more profound and beautiful reality.  Using an evocative brew of Hip Hop, Fosse's Jazz, Pole Dance, and the power and elegance of Kung Fu, TERRE communicates earthy and sensual movement through a techno-urban filter. The music is a World Fusion dance mix spun live by a DJ accompanied by live African drumming. The result is urban club beats meets tribal trance meets a 1930's strip tease. Imagine mind blowing virtuosity in a timeless setting where the styles of 1930's meet 2025 in a show about TEARing away the layers of armor to find the buried treasure underneath.
